At Hoyt Archery, we stand behind the quality of our bows and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely package the item in its original box, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and tags are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
